Position: IT Business Analyst (Hybrid - Trenton, NJ; 3 days/week onsite)

What You'll Do
Gather & Document Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders across S&D, finance, and pricing to define business needs.
Automate & Optimize: Design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions and RPA workflows (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) to reduce manual effort and error.
Insights & Reporting: Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Microsoft Fabric BI to track KPIs and inform decision-making.
Enterprise Integration: Configure, test, and integrate SAP S/4HANA, Vistex Revenue Management, Tracelink, and Salesforce to ensure seamless data flow.
Project Leadership: Plan and lead IT initiatives--manage timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and liaise with external vendors.
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
Bachelor's in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or similar.
2+ years in IT/business analysis, ideally within pharmaceutical sales and distribution.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, Vistex, and Microsoft Fabric BI.
Proven use of AI/ML platforms and RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Nice-to-Haves
Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
PMP, Agile/Scrum certification, or equivalent.
Background in predictive analytics and ML model deployment.
