Job Title: Entry-Level Financial Analyst (Contract)

Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour

The Opportunity

Join a global leader in healthcare distribution, supply chain management, and technology solutions as an Entry-Level Financial Analyst. This is a 6-month contract with a strong potential to extend or convert to a permanent role, offering a fantastic entry point into a dynamic and impactful industry.

In this unique position, you will provide critical financial reporting and analysis for a large Accounts Receivable portfolio without being responsible for day-to-day AR duties (like collections or cash application). You will be the go-to expert for reporting, data visualization, and insights for the entire department.

This is a fully remote position, but candidates must be local to the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area.

What You'll Do

Develop, maintain, and distribute a suite of financial reports for the entire Accounts Receivable portfolio.
Analyze large datasets in Excel to identify key trends, variances, and performance metrics.
Create dashboards and visualizations to present complex data in an easy-to-understand format for the AR Supervisor and departmental leadership.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial reporting and data analysis.
Collaborate with the AR team to understand their reporting needs and provide data-driven insights.

What You'll Bring

Required Skills & Experience

Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. You must be an expert with PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas, and data modeling.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data to various audiences.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is preferred.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a significant plus.
Previous internship or entry-level experience in a financial analysis or reporting role.
