Candidate Profile

Product management experience within financial markets, ideally with a focus on private markets.
Ideally experience of private equity, private funds, fund administration, fund servicing, fund structuring, private fund primary or secondary distribution platforms would be advantageous.
Extensive professional experience in product design & development
If the candidate does not have direct experience in private markets, relevant experience in the post-trade, fund administration or settlements space will also be considered.
Delivery focused: Ability to work with cross functional teams to deliver high quality products that deliver tangible value to users on time and on budget
Data driven: Ability to use data to inform product decisions, prioritise features and measure success
Awareness: Commercial awareness and knowledge of financial services, financial markets and market structure, as well as the unique challenges faced by regulated players in the financial sector is desirable
Communication: Excellent communicator who can interact with product teams, architecture, engineering teams, QA testers and UX designers
Exposure to private equity, private funds, fund administration, fund servicing, fund structuring, or private fund primary/secondary distribution platforms would be highly advantageous.

Vision and creativity: Ability to foresee roadblocks, conceive intelligent solutions and contribute innovative ideas, as well as manage change
