Here is a description of the role we are opening:

Responsibilities

Account Management

Manage and develop the accounts across UK, France, Benelux, South Europe
Develop and maintain strong and trustful relationship with customers
Build and maintain strong relationships across customer organizations, supporting marketing, technical, and project teams
Engage with stakeholders at all levels and coordinate with R&D and Technical Sales on to define the target solution
Respond to new customer requests, ensuring clear specifications and align pricing strategy with other teams within Linxens
Partner with technical teams to design and build offer
Ensure revenue by monitoring forecast accuracy, driving sales performance, and executing sales operations and activities
Collaborate across business units to provide best solution for customers and Linxens

Business Development

Map all the relevant regional projects considering incumbents, opportunities, and tendering process
Strengthen Linxens market position by leveraging unique selling points
Expand networks at tradeshows and events, and build influence with key decision-makers by highlighting Linxens' capabilities
Develop and execute growth plans in partnership with the strategy team
Proactively generate leads, including cold calling, and lead the sales process with technical support

Responsibilities

10 years of experience as Sales & Business Development Manager in MedTech / Pharma sector
Master's or Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering (Electronics / Electrical, or similar field)
Proven track record in Sales Management within the Healthcare segment, with a strong focus on RFID solutions (Track & Trace / Biosensors / Stick-to-Skin)
Ability to create and implement sales plans, coaching implementation for meeting strategic and financial objectives
Proven capability to develop and manage key accounts partnerships by leveraging both internal and external global networks, fostering long-term alliance relationships
Know-how in regulatory standards (ISO 13485, FDA,etc) along with RFiD market, printed Electronics in medical market is a plus
Possess excellent communication skills and has result oriented mindset
Fluency in English
