Job Summary

Lead design, development, and deployment of IT applications supporting critical nuclear operations.
Guide and mentor development teams through the entire software development lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, engineering, operations) to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Architect and oversee integration of new or existing applications into current technical infrastructure and business processes.
Provide technical leadership, perform code reviews, and mentor team members.
Partner with Business Systems Analysts to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
Drive the adoption of modern development practices, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
Ensure application performance, reliability, and security standards, particularly within nuclear environments.
Maintain responsibility for analyzing, designing, developing, testing, debugging, implementing, and enhancing systems.
Stay compliant with nuclear industry regulations and data security requirements.
