Senior Platform/SRE/DevOps Engineer

A rapidly scaling technology startup is seeking a talented Senior Platform/SRE/DevOps Engineer to join our innovative infrastructure team. We are at the forefront of building robust, scalable cloud infrastructure that powers cutting-edge AI automation platforms.

We are looking for an exceptional platform engineer who can design, develop, and implement resilient, secure, and scalable cloud infrastructure and deployment systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and implement cloud-native infrastructure using Kubernetes and AWS

* Architect and maintain scalable, secure DevOps pipelines

* Develop infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions

* Implement and manage CI/CD workflows

* Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of production systems

* Manage cloud security, compliance (SOC2), and monitoring strategies

* Collaborate with development teams to optimize system performance

* Implement and maintain observability and incident response protocols

* Drive continuous improvement of infrastructure and deployment processes

Required Qualifications:

* 5+ years of Platform Engineering/SRE/DevOps experience

* Expert-level knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)

* Advanced Kubernetes and containerization expertise

* Proficiency in infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)

* Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash)

* Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)

* Proven track record of building resilient, scalable infrastructure

* Deep understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture

* Strong security and compliance background

Technical Skills: AWS - Kubernetes - Docker - Terraform - Python - Bash - CI/CD - Monitoring Tools - Prometheus - Grafana - CloudWatch - ELK Stack

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with AI/ML infrastructure

* Background in highly regulated industries

* Familiarity with advanced security frameworks

* Expertise in event-driven architectures

* SOC2 compliance implementation experience

Location: Hybrid - Seaport - 2 days per week in-office - Flexible remote work options

Compensation: - Base Salary Range: $175,000 - $225,000 - Meaningful equity package - Comprehensive benefits
