Required Skills:

4 years of UI/UX design for enterprise systems: wireframes, prototypes, visual hierarchies (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)

4 years of Collaborating with technical and non-technical teams to align business needs with accessibility/branding standards

4 years of Applying UX principles (hierarchy, contrast, alignment) for responsive, accessible web/mobile interfaces

4 years Creating wireframes/prototypes for agile development cycles, including sketch-to-visual fidelity transitions.

Preferred Skills:

5 years of Designing graphical diagrams & visual narratives (timelines, workflows, architecture)

3 years of Facilitating design workshops & feedback sessions with stakeholders

3 years of Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field. Equivalent experience may be substituted.

3 years of Strong multitasking skills; managing multiple design streams

Specific Skills:

UX design (wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, information architecture)

Accessibility standards (WCAG)

Tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Hotjar

AI/ML interfaces (explainable AI, human-AI interaction)

Data visualization of complex systems/AI insights
