Title: Financial Analyst

Location: Midtown Manhattan (3 days in/2 days WFH)

Salary: $90k - $120k + Bonus

Prestigious Investment Firm is seeking an Financial Analyst to join their team!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and refine financial models for budgeting, forecasting and planning initiatives with a focus on internal equity modeling and profit & loss statement modeling
Support C-Suite strategic decision-making through reporting and analysis, with a focus on company-wide financial planning
Prepare executive reporting materials and presentations to summarize results and narrate key themes and takeaways for the Partnership and Board of Directors
Execute key deliverables including quarterly business reviews, annual budgeting and reporting, non-comp expense analysis and peer/industry analysis
Own and enhance the firm's pipeline reporting processes by liaising with bankers and deal teams on a regular basis
Drive modernization of reporting and analytics through innovative technology platforms (DealCloud, PowerBI, AI initiatives)
Support various corporate initiatives through business partnering, while developing and maintaining relationships across the organization
Perform other ad-hoc and recurring analyses supporting the CFO and office of the COO

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or other related field
Approximately 1-3 years of relevant work experience
High level of competency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience working with PowerBI, DealCloud and/or Sage Intacct is preferred
