Job Description
As an Assistant Manager, you will be the right-hand man of the Point of Sale Manager and will assist them in all their tasks. You will be in direct contact with our customers.
You are a brand ambassador with key responsibilities:
* Coaching the sales team (strengthening their product knowledge and sales techniques)
* Driving revenue
* Ability to build customer loyalty through courtesy and relevant advice
* In-depth knowledge of our history and who we are, our offering, our styles, and our collections
* Maintaining the brand image
On a daily basis, your role will involve:
* Acting as a liaison with the Point of Sale Manager
* Motivating the sales team and sharing your expertise
* Providing our customers with a personalized shopping experience
* Maintaining a clean and orderly point of sale and updating merchandising
* Inventory management
* In-depth knowledge of KPIs such as sales index, average order value, conversion rate, and omnichannel sales
* Managing online orders
You will also be responsible for ensuring that ba&sh's CSR policy is respected in your point of sale and acting as its ambassador on a daily basis.
