This role bridges the gap between business and technology. You will help gather requirements, analyse processes, map data flows, and ensure that our IoT-connected coffee machines and digital services deliver measurable value to customers, partners, and Costa's business objectives.

What you'll do
Being a Business Analyst is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It's your chance to stir up real success - which means you'll:
Work with stakeholders to capture and document business and technical requirements.
Translate needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting artefacts for product teams
Analyse business processes, customer journeys, and data flows to identify opportunities and risks.
Support Product Managers by providing evidence and clarity for prioritisation.
Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams & Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to different audiences.
Who you are
It's your unique ingredients we're interested in:
Exposure to agile ways of working (scrum, Kanban, or equivalent)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communicator across technical and business teams
Organised and detail-oriented, with strong documentation skills
Experience with analysis or data tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Excel, SQL, GA, Looker, Tableau)
Location - Loudwater or London- Hybrid
