A senior application security leader to own security by design across a high-trust healthcare platform. This person will set the org-wide AppSec strategy, lead architectural reviews and threat modeling, champion a security culture inside product teams, and ship automation and AI-powered guardrails so engineers move fast without breaking trust. Responsibilities

* Define and deliver the application security roadmap aligned to product velocity

* Lead design reviews and threat models across cloud and on prem estates

* Build a security champions program and raise secure by default engineering culture

* Introduce automation and AI tooling for self service and rapid remediation

Ideal Candidate

* Significant senior security experience with company-wide impact

* Deep application security expertise and awareness of modern threats

* Strong knowledge of major cloud platforms and enterprise security concepts

* Exceptional communicator and influencer who drives cultural change and mentors others

Compensation

Up to PS130k salary + meaningful equity + perks
