Join MPS as a Salesforce Developer and make an impact by building innovative new features, maintaining and optimising our existing platform, and providing vital support to our Portal and Prod Tools development team.
What You'll Do:
Improving user satisfaction and the reliability of our software is essential to achieving our business goals. As a Salesforce Developer, you'll play a central role in delivering high-quality solutions on time, ensuring our platform continues to meet the needs of our users.
Your primary focus will be on developing and enhancing our Salesforce platform, while mentoring team members to strengthen their Salesforce expertise. You'll also have the chance to broaden your own skills - including the opportunity to cross-train in Python - helping to create a development team that's versatile and proficient across all our core technologies.

Qualifications/Experience
Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
Experience with Salesforce development, prototyping, and testing
3+ years Salesforce software development
Docker
CI/CD
Cloud software deployment/management
Code Version Control systems
Salesforce Platform knowledge: a strong understanding of Salesforce features, functionalities, and best practices
Knowledge of Salesforce's API
Salesforce Platform: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud
Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, Python
