About the role

The Analyst, Ad Contract Solutions & Policy will closely work with sales, client services, and pricing and planning to support deal review, exceptions approvals and day-to-day operational processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to further develop their analytical and problem-solving skills within a dynamic, fast-paced, and multi-stakeholder work environment. This role is located in the New York office and will report into the Manager, Ad Contract Solutions & Policy based in Santa Monica, CA.

For New York Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $50,000 and $72,000 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. This role is eligible for health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off.

What you'll be doing
Manage and monitor the Salesforce queue on a day-to-day basis, reviewing all inbound opportunities in a timely manner
Review order details such as opportunity fields, insertion order language, and deal terms to ensure full compliance with established policy, business rules, and best practices
Provide support to Sales on deals that require escalation due to contract details, disputed terms and established policy to ensure proper resolution
Adhere to compliance processes through proper documentation, cross-functional approvals, and escalation to management as needed
Provide deal analysis support for all deals requiring escalation, including contract details, terms requested, deal revenue, etc.
Work with cross functional teams (sales, client services, media planning) to resolve deal-related challenges and facilitate smooth execution
Support the management of enablement content for all deal related materials and communication on new or changing processes
Assist with driving initiatives that improve internal productivity, streamline current workflow processes, and optimize deal operations across the contract cycle
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, and Pricing & Planning
Provide documentation and reporting support to Manager, Ad Contract Solutions & Policy as needed
Maintain agreed upon SLAs for deal approval turnaround times
Manage, assist and own additional policy and contract-affiliated projects as needed

We're excited if you have
2+ years of professional experience; in a deal desk, contracts, sales operations role strongly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Proficiency in Salesforce, Ironclad, DocuSign or equitable CMS program
Deal Desk experience required
Familiarity with OMS tools and the CTV landscape
Familiarity with the CTV ad-buying ecosystem including programmatic
Experience working with Sales and Client Services teams in a digital/streaming advertising capacity
Enthusiasm for working in a highly collaborative Ad Sales team environment
A positive attitude when handling day-to-day tasks
An eye for process and ability to identify areas where we can improve
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities with willingness to help others
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
