*This is a long-term contract position offering $25-28/hr for full-time hours Mon-Fri, with the opportunity to convert to a permanent employee down the line*

Our client is seeking to add detail-oriented and motivated Financial Operations Analysts to join their growing team. The analyst will support day-to-day financial operations, with a primary focus on bank account administration and related financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the opening, maintenance, and closure of client bank accounts
Edit and update bank account information across internal systems
Support treasury operations, including reconciliation and reporting
Coordinate with internal departments, customers, and external banking partners
Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes
Perform ad hoc financial and operational tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Associate's degree preferred but not required
Knowledge of cash transactions, online banking, banking account operations highly desired
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial systems or banking a plus
Must be able to work a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office) in Charlotte, NC
