About the Role

This position is all about delivering an exceptional experience for our customers. You'll provide front line support Service Desk and remote support, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and professionally. Alongside this, you'll assist with basic maintenance and low-complexity system builds and installations across the full Sota Solutions portfolio.

From day one, you'll learn by doing, shadowing experienced team members and gaining hands-on exposure to real customer environments. As you progress through the learning programme, you'll build confidence and skills that prepare you to step up to Level 3 responsibilities.

While this is a developmental role, your contribution matters. You'll be working to the same high standards as our Service Desk Analysts and Senior Analysts, with ongoing support to help you achieve your goals and deliver outstanding service.

Required Skills:
