Job Specifications

Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of AI initiatives, aligning them with enterprise architecture and risk frameworks.
Collaborate with the AI Governance Officer, business leaders, and engineering teams to turn ideas into responsible, value-driven AI solutions.
Evaluate emerging technologies, third-party tools, and vendor platforms to ensure best-in-class performance and compliance.
Act as a thought leader on AI governance, standards, and regulatory alignment (e.g., NIST, ISO, UK/EU AI Act).
Champion AI literacy and adoption across technology and business teams.

Requirements

8+ years in technology strategy, innovation, or architecture, ideally within financial services or complex regulated environments.
Strong understanding of AI/ML ecosystems, cloud platforms, and enterprise-scale data architectures.
Proven ability to evaluate and integrate AI solutions (LLMs, ML platforms, open-source tools, and vendor solutions).
Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts for senior non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (advanced certifications in AI/cloud architecture a plus).
