Lagardere Travel Retail is one of the world leaders in Travel Retail, serving passengers in airports, train stations, and other concessions in 42 countries. The international brand manager intern contributes overseeing the coordination and the development of the internal and partner foodservice brand portfolio. She/He reports to the Senior International brand manager.

FS BL has reached almost EUR1.4bn sales in 2023, targeting EUR3b sales in 2027. It's a growth engine, mostly thanks to acquisitions, enlarging our footprint as well as our food expertise. Integrating, identifying best practices and sharing them are key topics. The FS BL is very much involved when it comes to supporting countries in opening FS activities whenever its' a country opening or the launch of a foodservice activity. The FS BL is also very much involved in supporting the countries in optimizing their LFL business from a top line and bottom-line perspective. Another challenge is to always adapt to the countries specificities as well as to the different F&B segments (from QSR to Table Service) and brands (>100 brands operated, either partner or proprietary ones). Our internal brands are a key asset, mixing strong established brands (such as So Coffee) and growing ones (e.g. Natoo or Beercode).

Main Missions:

Internal and Partner Brands management: contribution on the coordination and development of existing Portfolio, creation of new internal brands and new partnerships

managing the existing internal and partner brands portfolio:
of the brands' implementation with the Junior and Senior International Brands Manager
the Brands managers with their project management
of the Brands Communities / organization of the Community Calls for our major Internal and partner brands
of different ad 'hoc surveys and analysis
the brands' performance (quali and quanti) in coordination with the FS Operations experts

creating and developing new internal brands:
of new customer trends and market needs
all the commercial elements that will be needed to pitch the brand to landlords and build impactful presentations

developing new partnerships brands:
of new potential partner brands with an international or regional potential

Profil:

Business School or equivalent with ideally a first internship in brand management or business development in a Foodservice or Retail environment. An experience in foodservice would be a plus or at least being passionate about the F&B industry.

Skills:

Good organizational, interpersonal, motivational and communication skills.
Team spirit
Capability to think strategically and act "hands-on"
Knowledge in Marketing / Brand Management
An experience in digital / community management would be appreciated
Good skills in building impactful PPT presentations
