Mission and key tasks

As Group Learning & Development Intern you work with the team to develop and nurture a global culture of lifelong learning.

You will be actively involved in projects that support building and enhancing this culture, leading to a positive impact on the skills, knowledge and competencies of our employees and their business performance today and tomorrow.

You will work with the team on the daily operations which include the practical organization and coordination of our global seminars which will take place in Belgium
You support the data & reporting activities in our Learning Management System and Power BI
You will work together with the team on a project that you will drive from research to implementation. Projects vary based on the timing of the internship, but could consist of market exploration of new learning solutions, upgrading of existing solutions based on benchmarking and new technologies, working on scalability of selected solutions, building a case for a new learning technology pilot.

You have strong communication skills.
You are well organised and structured.
You have a passion for developing others and oneself.
You enjoy working with technology and data analysis.
You are fluent in English. Any other languages are an asset.

Practical info's

For this internship you should still be enrolled in a study program
Period of the internship : Flexible (open for discussion) with preference starting as of september
(minimum) Duration of the internship : Preference for a minimum of 4 Months.
Location of the internship: Groot-Bijgaarden, Belgium
