Description:

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor import air & ocean shipments from origin to final delivery.
Prepare and review shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, and Packing List.
Update shipment status in internal systems and maintain accurate data records.
Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
Assist with cost entry, invoice checking, and filing documents.
Support other administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Basic understanding or interest in international logistics or import/export process.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Eligible to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship for this temporary role).
