Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for projects and operational initiatives.
Contribute to ServiceNow and ITSM-related projects (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and project outcomes.
Prepare reports, process flows, and other supporting documentation as needed.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Partner with stakeholders across IT and business units to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Support process improvements and technology implementations aligned with business goals.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles (Incident, Problem, Change).
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
Familiarity with xMatters integration or notification workflows.
Experience with data analysis or data science concepts.
Experience creating ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
