Job Title - ServiceNow Architect

Location - Remote

Key Responsibilities

Architect and design ServiceNow solutions across ITSM (IT Service Management), ITAM (IT Asset Management), and ITOM (IT Operations Management) modules.
Lead platform assessments and develop remediation roadmaps for CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
Collaborate with stakeholders including enterprise architects, product owners, and C-suite executives to align platform capabilities with business goals.
Implement and configure modules such as Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), Cloud Discovery, and CSDM frameworks.
Develop custom applications and integrations using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, App Engine, and UI Builder.
Ensure platform stability and upgradability by avoiding base code customizations and adhering to best practices.
Mentor and guide delivery teams, conduct code reviews, and support pre-sales activities when needed.
