Job title: EMS Data Modeler/ Power System Data Modeler

Location: Remote

Experience level: 8+Years

Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering (Power Systems preferred).

Required Skills: Strong knowledge of Power System Modeling and Analysis (Transmission & Distribution).

Hands-on experience with EMS tools (e.g., GE Grid Solutions, Siemens Spectrum Power, OSI Monarch, ABB Network Manager).

Familiarity with SCADA data, network topology, and real-time operations.

Knowledge of CIM/CGMES standards, PI Historian, and data integration techniques.

Proficiency in SQL, Python, or scripting tools for data validation and automation (nice to have).

Domain Knowledge: Understanding of State Estimation, Load Flow, Contingency Analysis, and Network Security Analysis.

Awareness of Transmission System Operations, Reliability Standards (NERC, FERC), and Grid Codes.
