Are you a Senior Product Tech Lead with a strong background in AI-powered solution architecture and technical leadership?
emagine has an opportunity for you to drive the design and development of a strategic internal solution that empowers commercial teams with intelligent, data-driven tools.
emagine is seeking a talented and experienced AI Software Engineer to lead the creation of scalable, modular, and sustainable AI architectures within a dynamic startup-style team. You'll collaborate with cross-functional experts to deliver cutting-edge solutions in an Azure-based cloud environment, integrating seamlessly with enterprise platforms like SAP and Salesforce.
Key Tasks & Deliverables:
Define and own the technical architecture of AI-driven solutions, ensuring performance, scalability, and enterprise integration.
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers and data scientists, promoting best practices across design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Oversee development of AI-centric functionalities using Azure OpenAI Services, MS Fabric, and modern operations pipelines.
Ensure smooth integration with enterprise systems and uphold standards in security, ethics, and data governance.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
Skills & Experience:
10+ years in software engineering and solution architecture, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
Strong expertise in Python; proficiency in C#, Java, or Scala is a plus.
Proven experience designing and delivering AI-powered or data-driven applications.
Deep understanding of scalable, modular AI architectures aligned with enterprise strategy.
Experience with Azure cloud services, Azure OpenAI, MS Fabric, and enterprise system integration (SAP, Salesforce).
Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
