They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals. Those in financial due diligence at PwC will focus on providing strategic advice and business diligence services to clients in their mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. You will be responsible for analysing financial information focusing on quality of earnings and assets, cash flows and other key client deal issues.

Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. The Opportunity

As part of the CCM team you are expected to advise clients at every stage of a transaction, identifying and articulating key issues related to pricing and deal closing mechanics. As a Senior Associate you are expected to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards. You are expected to focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and technical skills.

Responsibilities

Advise clients at every stage of a transaction
Identify and articulate key issues related to pricing and deal closing mechanics
Analyze intricate problems and develop solutions
Mentor and guide junior team members
Maintain elevated standards in every deliverable
Build and sustain client relationships
Develop a deeper understanding of the business context

What You Must Have

Minimum Degree Required:

Bachelor Degree
