The role of an AI Engineer is constantly evolving. While our work still involves building and deploying traditional ML models and MLOps pipelines, a significant part of our projects now focuses on the rapidly advancing field of Generative AI and includes software and data engineering.

YOUR IMPACT

Build innovative AI systems that solve real-world business challenges. This includes working with traditional ML frameworks like HuggingFace and PyTorch, as well as innovative Generative AI models and frameworks (agents, RAG, MCP, ...).
Design and implement end-to-end solutions,from data and software engineering tasks to sophisticated AI components.
Engineer agentic systems and complex workflows using advanced prompt engineering techniques.
Deploy production-ready applications on all major cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure) to generate business value for our clients.
Collaborate with Data and Software Engineers, Project Managers, and clients to deliver impactful solutions.

WHY YOU

Minimum requirements:

Foundation: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
Technical Skills: Experience with Python and a solid understanding of software engineering principles and Machine Learning and version control (Git).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch. You can confidently explain complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
A consultative mindset and strong sense of ownership and initiative. You are a curious, proactive problem-solver who is always looking for new knowledge to improve your work.

Nice to have:

Contribution to open-source projects
Experience with Google Cloud, AWS or Azure
Experience with data engineering
