They operate globally across the US, Europe, and Asia, trading a wide range of asset classes including Fixed Income, ETFs, Equities, FX, Commodities, and Energy, while also expanding into real estate, venture capital, and cryptoassets.

The Role
They're seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to work within their Fixed Income, Commodities & Currency Options and Cryptoassets businesses. The hire will be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining high-availability systems that power global research and trading. The environment is fast-paced, high-performance, and business-critical -- ideal for someone who thrives on complex infrastructure challenges with direct impact.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with US-based infrastructure teams to drive global alignment and best practices.
Design, maintain, and optimize low-latency trading networks and cloud-based infrastructure.
Build scalable systems using Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Git, TeamCity, Concourse, GitHub Actions.
Enhance observability and performance with Prometheus and Grafana.
Support and scale databases and storage systems (NFS, CIFS, S3).
Research and deploy emerging technologies in networking, compute, orchestration, and cloud.
Ensure system security, compliance, and resiliency across environments.
Candidate Profile
Proven track record supporting mission-critical trading infrastructure.
Strong experience in Linux systems and network communications protocols (multicast, WebSockets, TLS).
Skilled in Python programming.
Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, AWS, and IaC (Terraform, Ansible).
Experienced with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
Database and storage infrastructure support in highly available environments.
Ownership mindset, composure under pressure, and strong communication skills.
