Anaplan Specialist

Permanent, Full Time

Codex are partnered with a leading global advisory firm seeking to expand its Anaplan capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing technology team that's driving the firm's connected planning transformation. You'll play a key role in designing, building, and optimising Anaplan models that empower business leaders with data-driven insights and smarter decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Design, maintain, and enhance Anaplan models, dashboards, and UX pages to support key business initiatives
Improve Anaplan integrations and data connectivity with other enterprise systems
Partner with stakeholders across Corporate functions to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions
Support ongoing model optimizations, upgrades, and performance enhancements
Mentor and guide fellow model builders on best practices
Document processes, support data analysis requests, and contribute to cross-functional technology projects
Explore and learn adjacent platforms (ServiceNow, Workday, etc.) to expand the firm's digital toolkit

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field
3-4 years of Anaplan experience (implementation, management, or consulting)
Strong understanding of data and process design
Excellent Excel and analytical skills
Familiarity with financial concepts and corporate business functions
Anaplan certifications (Model Builder, Solution Architect, Master Anaplanner) a strong plus
Experience with Anaplan integrations (CloudWorks, Python, Azure Data Factory, ETL tools) preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Experience mentoring or managing model builders is a plus
