Head of Marketing - Fintech

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: PS120,000 - PS150,000

Are you ready to transform the marketing function of a fast-growing fintech in the trading space?

We're looking for a Head of Marketing to take full ownership of growth strategy, revitalise the marketing function, and drive brand and revenue growth across multiple regions.

You'll lead the transformation of the department -- bringing outsourced functions in-house, building a high-performing team, and delivering measurable results across digital, content, and brand. You'll combine creativity with commercial acumen, using data and insight to guide strategy and maximise ROI.

We're looking for someone who:

Has a proven track record in fintech, brokerage, FX, or startup environments.
Is commercially minded, data-driven, and confident managing growth metrics and performance.
Understands compliance within financial marketing and can operate confidently across global markets.
Brings leadership, energy, and a fresh perspective to marketing strategy and execution.
