My client, a high-performing, large AUM Hedge Fund, have performed very strongly over the past few years and as a result have experienced massive growth and expansion. They are currently looking to hire a strong trader assistant who will become the right hand of the traders.

Daily tasks would include - trade bookings, risk reporting / analysis, pricing trades, speaking to sales traders on the sell side, portfolio analysis and project work.

The fund prides itself on providing staff with excellent, varied progression opportunities. For example, two previous trader assistants within the fund in London have become traders within the past year.

The role is offering a base salary of anything up to PS020k (depending on level of experience), while bonuses have typically been 30 - 50% within the first year and then 50%+ from year two. This is in addition to an exceptional benefits package.
