Position
The Human Resources Advisor supports the HR Director, but is also in direct contact with the business, offering assistance on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee development, payroll/admin, and well-being, while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and organizational standards. This role ensures consistent application of HR policies, supports effective employee relations, and fosters a positive, inclusive, high-performing workplace culture.
Main Tasks And Responsibilities
Be the local HR person to support the Management and the employees for any HR-related question.
Liaise with HR Director daily to report any issue and ensure proper follow-up of HR activities.
Process Support
To help the department achieve its objectives by providing the necessary process support to the business in:
Recruitment: ensure adherence to company recruitment policy; keep in touch with external providers; invite internal/external candidates; ensure follow-up. Involved in employer branding.
Performance Appraisal: monitor the execution of performance appraisal process to ensure 100% completion. Run the process in HR software.
Training administration: ensure training plans are developed as appropriate.
HRIS
To manage HR system, keeping employee records in digital formats and educating users on how to use the HR system:
Be in charge of keeping up to date the personnel files (hard & soft copies).
Treat daily correspondence and dispatch correctly in order to guarantee an efficient communication within HR department and allow timely actions.
File and archive regularly documents in order to ensure proper and secured storage allowing quick retrieving of data.
Any other organizational and administrative duties to aim to the achievement of the department objectives within individual competencies.
HR reporting and KPI's
Keep track of HR KPI's for reporting to management, ASL Group, union meetings and external bodies.
Ensure effective and efficient storing of vital and confidential information. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
Support creation of presentations for company communication channels.
HR Operation
Provide overall administrative support to HR Director.
Ensure that all HR policies and processes are clearly described and kept up to date, on the different internal channels.
Ensure relevant meetings are prepared and followed up.
Be involved in or autonomously run certain projects.
Actively support and contribute to the organization's diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI) and environmental, social, governance (ESG) initiatives in order to foster an equitable workplace culture and advance the company's broader social responsibility objectives.
Internal compliance
To comply with all relevant divisional and local company related policies, procedures and legal requirements.
