From the food you eat, to the water you drink, to the medicines you rely on, Eurofins laboratories work with the biggest companies in the world to ensure the products they supply are safe, their ingredients are authentic, and labelling is accurate.

Eurofins is dedicated to delivering testing services that contribute to the health and safety of society and the planet, and to its corporate responsibility to protect the environment and ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion across the entire network of Eurofins companies.

Job Description

Are you ready to gain real-world experience in employer branding, and talent acquisition -- all within a global business environment?

As an intern, you will take ownership of a variety of projects aimed at boosting the Eurofins network's visibility and reputation as an employer of choice among students and graduates. You will contribute to the creation and implementation of digital campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, while also supporting the coordination of employer branding initiatives with colleagues across our global network. Your role will involve conducting market research, identifying trends in student engagement and branding, and helping us measure and optimise our impact through data-driven insights. You will also help shape our monthly newsletters designed to attract and engage top talent.

Your mission won't stop at the digital level. You'll be actively involved in building our on-campus presence by helping develop engaging marketing materials for student events and job fairs. From posters and brochures to branded giveaways, you will help ensure our brand stands out. You will also support the organisation and promotion of campus events, presenting the Eurofins network to student communities across Europe.

Beyond your branding and recruiting responsibilities, you will also take the lead in shaping the intern experience for our Brussels cohort. In this role, you'll organise monthly team-building events and help cultivate a strong sense of belonging and connection within the community.

What can we do for you?

This is a full-time internship based in Brussels, where you'll gain hands-on experience, take on real responsibilities from day one, and contribute to projects with both strategic and creative dimensions. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across our global network and work closely with experienced professionals in marketing and talent acquisition.

We offer an attractive compensation package, including extra-legal benefits such as covered transportation, organic meals, and access to sports activities. Most importantly, you'll gain exposure to a global organisation with strong career pathways - many interns go on to find opportunities within the network after their internship.

Qualifications

Do you have what it takes?

We're looking for someone who brings both creativity and a proactive mindset to the table. The ideal candidate is currently enrolled in a master's programme in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, is fluent in English (with additional languages considered a strong asset), and has proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva.

Internship details:

This is a full-time, paid internship based in Brussels, Belgium, for a duration of six months. Start date is flexible (January or February 2026). To be eligible, you must be able to provide an internship agreement from your university or school.
