Data Scientist - Fraud & Risk

We're looking for a Data Scientist to turn data into actionable insights and help detect fraud and assess labor risk. You'll work at the intersection of data and engineering, applying statistical analysis, machine learning, and experimentation to solve complex problems.

What You'll Do:

Build statistical models and machine learning algorithms to detect fraud.
Analyze large-scale datasets to inform both internal and customer-facing decisions.
Collaborate with leadership, engineering, and product teams to align data initiatives with business goals.
Deploy data science solutions into production and evaluate their impact.
Shape the intelligence layer of our platform through experimentation and model evaluation.

What We're Looking For:

1-5 years of experience in fraud/risk modeling, cybersecurity, fintech, or AML/KYC work.
Experience with predictive risk modeling, generating risk scores, identity mapping, entity resolution, or graph databases.
Strong Python, SQL, PostgreSQL, AWS skills.
Excellent problem-solving mindset and communication skills.
