Responsibilities:
Data Pipeline Development: Design, build, and maintain data pipelines using Matillion to load and transform data into Snowflake.
Snowflake Management: Utilize strong Snowflake skills for data manipulation, tuning, and creating complex data structures (e.g., tables, views).
Data Modeling and Warehousing: Conduct data analysis, mapping, and modeling, applying data warehousing concepts to build effective data models.
Performance Optimization: Troubleshoot and optimize the performance of data pipelines and existing workflows.
Collaboration: Work with stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for data processes and architectural decisions.
Pay Rate: $61.42/Hour.
Required Qualifications:
Snowflake: Strong experience with Snowflake, including its architecture and data manipulation capabilities.
Matillion: Experience with Matillion for data integration and transformation, including creating and managing jobs and pipelines.
SQL: Strong SQL skills are essential.
ETL/ELT: Experience in ETL/ELT processes is crucial.
Cloud Platform: Experience with cloud platforms is often required (e.g., AWS).
Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities.
