About the Role

We're looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant with a can-do attitude and strong organizational skills to support an executive team. This role offers great exposure to leadership, collaboration with other admins, and opportunities for career growth in a dynamic, creative environment.

Responsibilities

Support executives with scheduling, communication, and meeting coordination.
Plan and organize morale events and team activities.
Manage onboarding/offboarding logistics and equipment needs.
Collaborate across teams to improve workflows and team efficiency.

Requirements

2+ years in event planning or team coordination.
2+ years using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel).
2+ years presenting or supporting executive leadership.
Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Must be comfortable working onsite and handling ambiguity.
