We're expanding our remote team and looking for a Virtual Assistant + Lead Generation & B2B Sales Expert -- someone who's organized, persuasive, and driven to turn relationships into revenue while also assisting with executive and operational tasks.

Role Overview

This is a hybrid, performance-based role that blends lead generation, B2B sales outreach, and executive assistance.

You'll be responsible for identifying qualified leads, engaging with decision-makers, supporting the founder in business operations, and driving conversion through consultative selling.

Compensation is purely commission-based !
Responsibilities
Identify, research, and connect with potential B2B leads across industries (coaches, consultants, service-based businesses).
Lead Gen and B2B Sales
Manage outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and social platforms.
Qualify leads, schedule strategy calls, and support in deal closure.
Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and client presentations.
Collaborate with the founder on lead nurturing and conversion strategy.

Executive & Operational Assistance
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle internal coordination.
Support client communication, onboarding, and documentation.
Organize notes, databases, and digital workspaces.
Conduct research for client or business development projects.
Prepare reports, client summaries, and outreach analytics.
Coordinate with creative and marketing teams as needed.

You'll Excel Here If You
Have prior experience in B2B or service-based sales.
Are confident in handling outreach, negotiation, and follow-ups.
Have excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Are ambitious, self-motivated, and thrive on performance-based roles.
Can handle both client-facing and backend operations smoothly.
