Software Engineer (Generalist)

Full-Time | On-Site | Brooklyn, NY

$150K - $280K + Equity

We're working with a fast-growing startup backed by leading investors in the AI and data infrastructure space. Their mission is to help enterprises unlock data access and insights through next-generation systems that go far beyond typical AI solutions.

This team is small (around 10 engineers), but the impact is big -- and they're looking for a strong generalist who thrives on solving complex technical challenges and building production-grade systems from the ground up.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain core product features across a modern stack (Rust, React, Python)
Take ownership of end-to-end engineering problems and drive innovative solutions
Optimize systems for ingesting and processing diverse data types
Collaborate with a world-class team to democratize data access for enterprises

What We're Looking For

2-4 years of professional software engineering experience
Strong background in compiled languages (Rust, C++, Go, etc.)
Excellent algorithmic and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working across a full stack environment
Bonus: experience in startups, robotics, or systems work

The Details

Location: Brooklyn, NY (on-site)
must be able to relocate to NYC within 2 months of hire
