Overview
We're looking for a highly skilled IDAM Architect to take the lead in shaping and aligning Identity & Access Management solutions across enterprise platforms and projects. You'll be responsible for defining the architectural strategy for identity services covering multiple user groups
Key Responsibilities
Lead the definition and development of the technology aspects of IDAM business cases, ensuring strategic and architectural alignment.
Design and deliver comprehensive architecture recommendations for IDAM solutions (eg Entra ID, OneLogin) across various initiatives.
Collaborate with delivery and platform teams to ensure architecture recommendations are executed effectively.
Provide ongoing architectural oversight, ensuring IDAM implementations remain consistent with target state architecture.
Support discovery, planning, and roadmap activities to inform future architectural direction and business case development.
Skills & Experience
Extensive experience designing and delivering IDAM architecture, including federated identity, authentication/authorisation, and Azure AD/Entra ID.
Strong understanding of strategic architecture principles, frameworks, and governance models.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across delivery, product, and platform teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to influence both technical and business audiences.
Experience using forge rock or ping identity
