We're seeking an Assistant Account Executive to join our Men's Wholesale team. Join us!

Value Added Responsibilities

Business Analysis & In-Season Management

Complete weekly sales and inventory reporting and analysis.
Ensure purchase orders are shipped accurately and on time
Confirm seasonal replenishment purchase orders
Provide account reorder suggestions and ensure reorder fulfillment
Work with accounts on swaps and RTVs
Track shipping and provide shipping updates both internally and externally
Manage sample coordination and Ecommerce photoshoots
Assist account executive with all account related needs.

Market Support

Support team during 4 seasonal Markets per year
Aid in scheduling appointments, showroom maintenance, and product presentation
Collect and submit order projections to Merchandising and order entry team
Check orders for accuracy, track shipping and provide EDI Support

Store Support

Management of account specialist programs as well as communication with in-store specialists.
Collect and synthesize feedback from in-store specialists
Creation and distribution of product knowledge tools
Execution of in-store product knowledge seminars

Key Partners

Planning, Merchandising, PR, Order Entry, Merchandising, Order Entry, Visual Merchandising and Field Team

Minimum Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field
1-2 years relevant internship or work experience in Fashion and/or Retail preferred
Basic retail math knowledge
Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
Strong communication skills

Salary range: $52,000.00 -55,000.00*
