Position: Software Developer

Type: Independent Contractor

Compensation: $110-$125/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 weeks

Commitment: 20+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Write tasks and scenarios reflecting real-world software development work based on professional experience.
Create realistic situations involving code development, debugging, system design, and technical problem-solving.
Develop scenarios for code reviews, API integration, testing, deployment, and collaboration with development teams.
Review and evaluate AI responses to software development queries for accuracy and technical precision.
Provide detailed feedback on software engineering scenarios to improve AI training.

Qualifications

Must-Have

4+ years professional experience as a software developer in professional, scientific, and technical services.
Demonstrated professional recognition and management responsibilities.
Proficient with using computers and navigating various software systems.
Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills.
Pass video interview, background check, training, and qualification quiz.

Preferred

Average 14 years experience preferred.

Start Date

Immediately; applications reviewed on a rolling basis.

Compensation & Legal

Hourly compensation, paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
Payments based on services rendered; contractors maintain full control over their work schedule and methods.
