Role Overview
Our client is seeking a skilled One Identity Consultant to join our team and lead the design, implementation, and support of identity and access management (IAM) and governance solutions using the One Identity suite (or related identity tools).
Location: 100% Remote - must be in Canada
Contract: 6 months initially with view to extend
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design, deployment, integration, and support of One Identity (or relevant IAM) solutions, including Identity Manager, Safeguard, Active Roles, etc.
Gather and document requirements from business and technical stakeholders and translate them into identity models, role paradigms, workflows, and policies.
Configure, customize, and extend IAM components (e.g. provisioning, role engineering, approval workflows, connectors, synchronization, reporting).
Integrate One Identity with downstream systems (e.g. HR systems, Active Directory / Azure AD / LDAP, cloud apps, databases, ITSM, etc.).
Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Provide ongoing support and incident troubleshooting for IAM systems.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
Must have: Proven experience (e.g. 3-5+ years) working with One Identity products (Identity Manager, Safeguard, Active Roles, etc.).
Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles: RBAC, least privilege, SOD, provisioning/deprovisioning, authentication, federation (e.g. SAML, OIDC), MFA.
Hands-on experience integrating identity tools with directories (AD, Azure AD, LDAP), cloud, and enterprise applications.
