Position Overview

Are you passionate about providing strong leadership, strategic planning and problem-solving skills to optimize regional performance and profitability? We're looking for a leader to support a team while achieving performance targets, maintaining customer satisfaction, and implementing company strategies effectively. The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing operations of parts and service, driving sales, and ensuring business growth within their region while fostering relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

What you will do

In compliance with the Company's overall Strategic direction, develops and implements the region's sales programs, projecting individual sales, service and parts targets, volumes and profit margins
Monitors plans to actual results on an ongoing basis; effects corrective measures and/or any adjustments to goals and direction, if necessary
Reviews and/or approves all related and pertinent documentation and reports; ensures the timely and accurate transmittal of all required material to Finance/Administration, including payables and receivables
Ensures provisions are in place for sales/service/parts follow-up and overall customer satisfaction
Acts as the final conduit for customer concerns or complaints, ensuring the satisfactory resolution of all problems and continued customer relationships
Ensures adherence to overall Company policies and procedures by all support staff

What we are looking for

Aggressive, goal/customer oriented individual, with proven track record in leadership and profitable growth demonstrating leadership experience and business acumen.
A sales or marketing designation would be beneficial
Business degree and/or equivalent dealership experience at the management level is an asset.
Service experience and heavy equipment operation is an asset.
Strong managerial, customer service, sales and analytical skills required.
Equipment knowledge or previous industry experience is an asset.

Travel

Significant travel is required of this position.
