At Koops, our Supply Chain team plays a critical role in ensuring that every project runs smoothly -- from sourcing and organizing components to delivering them on time to our project teams. This department directly supports our mission to build high-quality custom automation by controlling costs, maintaining quality standards, and keeping our projects on schedule.

What You'll Do

As a Supply Chain Manager, you'll take on a working management role, spending approximately 60% of your time on direct project work and 40% on leadership and coordination activities. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the right parts are in the right place at the right time -- all while promoting organization, efficiency, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Source, organize, and distribute components for project teams
Support cost control and quality improvement initiatives
Lead daily operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues
Promote and uphold Koops' Core Values in every interaction
Lead the regional supply chain team members

We're seeking a detail-oriented, organized professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about supply chain excellence. The ideal candidate is both a doer and a leader -- someone who enjoys hands-on work while guiding others toward success.

Qualifications

Proven leadership skill set, management experience preferred
Passion for supply chain operations
Strong customer service mindset
Ability to work on-site in Greenville, SC.
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
4 year degree or equivalent experience in supply chain
5+ years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing setting
Solid business and financial acumen
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
