Who We Are:

We produce bold, globally resonant stories across multiple platforms -- from high-end indie films and streaming series to original IP development and strategic partnerships. Backed by experienced founders and international financiers, we're building a creative-first, founder-led business with a strong commercial spine.

What You'll Do:

Work directly with the founders on strategy, business development, partnerships, and operations.
Help scale the company across content verticals, new markets, and revenue streams.
Lead initiatives in production, finance, talent, or growth -- depending on your strengths.
Shape company culture, recruit top talent, and influence long-term vision.

Who You Are:

A recent graduate of a top university or film school with 0-3 years experience in media, entertainment, or a startup environment.
Comfortable switching between big-picture thinking and hands-on execution.
Passionate about storytelling, emerging platforms, and the future of content.
Bonus: experience in film/TV financing, production, sales, or rights management.

Location:

London-based preferred. Must have own Mac laptop. Hybrid and flexible arrangements possible for the right candidate.
