This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the visual identity of a luxury Indian occasionwear brand based in London. As the Creative Lead, you will drive the creative vision for both made-to-measure and ready-to-wear collections, ensuring all brand visuals, campaigns, and content are cohesive and aligned with the brand's modern heritage ethos. You will oversee the entire creative process, from concept development to final delivery, collaborating closely with creative teams and managing photoshoots that capture the brand's unique blend of tradition and contemporary style. This position is ideal for a creative professional with a passion for fashion, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead projects in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute creative concepts for brand campaigns, lookbooks, and digital content
Plan, organize, and direct photoshoots, ensuring all visuals reflect the brand's identity and standards
Coordinate and lead creative teams, including photographers, stylists, and models, to deliver high-quality outputs
Maintain consistency in visual tone and storytelling across all digital channels and marketing materials
Oversee the production of content for both made-to-measure and ready-to-wear collections
Ensure all creative deliverables are completed on time and within project scope
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align creative direction with business objectives
Stay updated on industry trends, particularly within luxury and bridalwear, to inform creative strategy
Skills And Requirements
Proven experience in creative direction, content creation, or fashion campaign management, ideally within luxury or bridalwear sectors
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual storytelling, campaign development, and photoshoot execution
Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in creative software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with digital content production workflows
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and brand consistency
Excellent communication and team coordination abilities
Enthusiastic, proactive, and adaptable approach to creative challenges
On-site availability in London; hybrid working may be considered
Freelance or part-time availability, with potential for a long-term leadership role as the brand grows
