About the Role
We are seeking a Principal Solution Architect to lead the development of technology strategies and solution design across our global E-commerce platforms. This leadership role involves hands-on architecture, governance, and team management, ensuring continued growth, innovation, and exceptional customer experiences. You will work across programs in Digital Commerce, Customer Data, and Value-Added Services to shape solutions that drive the next generation of E-commerce and B2B customer platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Platforms & Value-Added Services
Lead the architecture of the global E-commerce platform and supporting systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and outstanding customer experience.
Drive initiatives that integrate customer platforms, data, and services into a seamless digital ecosystem.
Programme & Project Leadership
Own solution architecture for strategic programs, including Digital Commerce and Customer Data initiatives.
Contribute to enterprise-wide customer platforms, including:
E-commerce - websites and commerce solutions
Integration - Federated Data Graph, MuleSoft, SAP integration services
Customer Master Data - Informatica
CRM - Salesforce
Customer Data Platform - Treasure Data
Skills & Experience
We are looking for candidates with:
Proven experience as a Principal or Lead Solution Architect in a large-scale or global enterprise.
Deep understanding of enterprise architecture patterns (microservices, APIs, event-driven, cloud-native).
Strong background in E-commerce and B2B platforms, with exposure to ERP, CRM, Product, Data, and Supply Chain systems.
Knowledge of modern platforms and technologies such as:
Cloud: AWS, Azure
Data: Snowflake, Kafka, databases
Customer Platforms: Adobe Commerce, Salesforce, Informatica, Treasure Data
Engineering: Java, Node.js, React, GraphQL, containers, Terraform
Integration: MuleSoft, SAP IS, Apollo GraphQL, Kong
