Job Specifications

In-office: 4x per week on-site in Markham

Contract: 6 months to start with strong chance of extension

We're seeking a motivated Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer to join our team and help design, build, and optimize marketing automation solutions. This is a hands-on technical role ideal for someone with 1-3 years of SFMC experience who's eager to grow their expertise in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain marketing automation workflows and customer journeys using Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
Build dynamic, personalized content using AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, and CSS.
Manage Data Extensions, data imports, and ensure data accuracy within Contact Builder.
Support integrations between SFMC and other systems (Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, APIs, etc.).
Troubleshoot and optimize email campaigns, automations, and data processes.
Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to implement campaign requirements.
Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation.

Required Qualifications:

1-3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.
Solid knowledge of AMPscript, SSJS, and SFMC tools (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, CloudPages).
Basic understanding of data modeling, API integrations, and Salesforce ecosystem.
Strong debugging, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification is a plus.
