Digital Product Manager - Insurance Broker Model
Contract: 6 months (Outside IR35)
Location: Hybrid - London Head Office
We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to support a major transformation project within our Financial Services division. This role will be instrumental in launching a new broker model, helping to establish a new entity that will enable the business to realise its strategic ambitions.
About the Role
You'll lead the development of innovative, customer-centric insurance products, working closely with internal teams and third-party partners to deliver a seamless digital experience. As the Product Owner, you'll manage the roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
You'll also play a key role in designing the broker journey, collaborating with stakeholders and external vendors - particularly CDL, the Policy Administration System provider.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of the broker journey
Collaborate with third-party vendors (eg CDL) to implement the Policy Admin System.
Own and manage the Product Backlog and Roadmap, ensuring transparency and alignment with strategic OKRs.
Define and deliver digital customer journeys that are intuitive, compliant, and commercially viable.
Use data, analytics, and experimentation (eg A/B testing, MVT) to validate decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and business teams to deliver value at pace.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and visibility throughout the product life cycle.
What We're Looking For
Deep expertise in insurance products
Proven experience in digital product management, especially in regulated environments.
Experience working with third-party platforms like CDL is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (eg SCRUM, Kanban).
Ability to solve complex problems, manage competing priorities, and make data-driven decisions.
Experience designing and delivering Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and running experiments.
