At Crossing Hurdles, we work as a referral partner. We refer candidates to our partner that collaborates with world's leading AI research labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models.

Position: Oncology Expert

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $130-$170/hour, with top performers eligible for weekly bonus incentives of $30/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 weeks

Commitment: Part-time, 20+ hours/week, fully remote and asynchronous

Key Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

Provide clinical expertise in designing and evaluating AI-generated medical outputs related to oncology
Review AI-generated case studies, diagnoses, and clinical workflows for accuracy and adherence to medical standards
Deliver structured feedback on clarity, patient safety, and scientific rigor
Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers to continuously refine AI model performance

Ideal Qualifications

MD or DO degree from a reputable medical school
Strong experience of clinical oncology practice
Exceptional attention to detail and advanced written communication skills
Ability to work independently with asynchronous collaboration
