Astrategy Marketing is seeking a creative and dedicated part time long term contract Client Success Specialist to join our hybrid virtual team.

Position Overview:

The part-time Client Success Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining and growing client relationships. This person will serve as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, timely follow-ups, and proactive problem-solving. You'll work directly with the President of Astrategy Marketing and contribute to both strategic planning and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of communication for assigned clients, responding to emails, scheduling Zoom calls, and providing updates
Ensure client satisfaction by identifying and solving issues quickly and professionally
Coordinate with internal staff to meet deadlines and deliverables
Assist with onboarding and training new team members
Compile and send analytics reports with thoughtful insights and explanations
Help plan and occasionally assist at content shoots, including scheduling, shot planning, and camera work (intermediate DSLR skills a plus, not required)
Review internal work by our social media team to ensure quality
Join client Zoom meetings and assist in presenting strategies, reports, and project updates
Regularly check in on client satisfaction and implement ideas to improve their experience
Contribute ideas and help implement internal projects that move the company forward
Support operations by maintaining processes that promote growth and organization

Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
Experience with client communication, digital marketing, or agency work preferred
Familiarity with analytics tools and interpreting performance data is a plus
Bonus: Intermediate knowledge of social media content creation workflows
