At Crossing Hurdles, we work as a referral partner. We refer candidates to our partner that collaborates with world's leading AI research labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models.

Position: Order Processing Specialist

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $40-$55/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: Approximately 6 weeks (extension feasible)

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week, fully remote and asynchronous

Key Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

Write tasks and scenarios that reflect real-world order processing within wholesale trade based on your professional experience
Create realistic situations involving order entry, inventory verification, pricing calculations, and customer communication
Develop scenarios managing order modifications, processing invoices, coordinating with warehouse teams, and resolving order-related issues
Review and evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy and adherence to professional standards in order fulfilment
Provide detailed feedback on order processing and fulfilment scenarios to enhance AI training

Ideal Qualifications

Strong professional experience in order processing within wholesale trade
Demonstrated experience and recognition in order management and related supervisory responsibilities
Proficiency using computers and various order management software systems
Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling
Successful completion of video interview, background check, training, and qualification quiz
